Ramona Singh is a specialist intercultural trainer, learning and development practitioner, change manager and executive coach, who has provided organisational learning and change solutions to governments, businesses and universities across the Asia Pacific region for more than 20 years.
Over the past decade Ramona has delivered Beasley Intercultural’s signature Cultural Capability program to more than 10,000 public and private sector staff and leaders. She also delivers training in Priorities on Deployment, Unconscious Bias, Inclusive Leadership, Capability Development Across Cultures, and Resilience in the Workplace to staff in government, corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Ramona specialises in preparing Australian leaders for the complexities of managing offshore IT and business processing teams across the Asian region.
Ramona was born in Bombay and grew up with Dutch and Indian parents in Australia. She speaks fluent Dutch, conversational French, and has studied Greek, Italian, German, Russian and Japanese. She commutes regularly between Australia and The Netherlands, and has spent several years working for American Express in Amsterdam.
Her qualifications include Executive Coach Certification, Prosci Change Management Certification, Bachelor of Education in Adult Education, Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) and Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
