Rachel Roberts

As Business Manager, Rachel is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of Beasley Intercultural activities, and works closely with Tamerlaine to achieve strategic outcomes. She is a key contact point for clients and the Beasley Intercultural team, and a highly skilled project manager. Rachel enjoys applying her organisational and operational management skills to influence process improvements and team effectiveness.

A skilled senior human resources and operations manager with over 15 years of related experience, Rachel has held roles as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, and General Manager in the education and government sectors. Rachel is an active member of her community and enjoys living in Central Victoria.

Rachel’s qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Information Management and Diploma of Management from RMIT, and a Bachelors Degree in Asian Studies from LaTrobe University. She is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
