Alison is the Chief Operations Officer at Beasley Intercultural, with extensive experience in business strategy, innovation, and change management.
She brings more than 25 years of international expertise in diplomacy, business, and legal operations, and has spent 15 years living and working overseas including in Beirut, Damascus, Dubai, Tehran, London, and Paris. With her proven track record delivering sustainable change and transformation using a balanced mix of people, process, and technology, she is now based in Australia working to streamline and simplify business operations to deliver strategic client solutions.
Alison also provides expert facilitation for Beasley Intercultural programs in cross-cultural capability and leadership leveraging her previous roles which have included Global Head of Change Management and User Adoption with Morae Global in Sydney; Head of Innovation and Project Delivery Asia Pacific with Pinsent Masons in Melbourne; International Director of Implementation based in London, and COO Middle East based in Dubai, with DLA Piper. She has also served as a senior government public servant and accredited diplomat while posted overseas.
Alison continues to contribute to the legal community as a member of the Advisory Board for the Centre for Legal Innovation and as a Teaching Fellow at Australia’s College of Law, where she designs and delivers tailored sessions on legal innovation and entrepreneurship in Australia and Asia. She has travelled extensively and holds an MBA from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Canberra.
