Outcomes

By the end of a one day program, participants will be able to:
  • Identify key cultural differences in approach to business process and provide examples from their own business
  • Define the dominant elements of their own culture and how their approach to achievement of business outcomes may differ from that of clients and/or colleagues
  • Apply specific strategies to communicate more clearly and effectively
