Our Team

Tim Hackett is an intercultural trainer and consultant with extensive experience of working internationally. Tim has worked with multinational and local Asian businesses and has developed a deep understanding of the dynamics of intercultural collaboration. Tim pairs these skills with exceptional presentation and communication skills developed through years of presentation and training experience. Tim's working life has been predominantly involved in sales, account management, business development, and marketing roles in service organisations including three major international airlines, European high speed rail, and also with Australian Volunteers International.

During Tim's total of more than six years at Australian Volunteers International he also successfully developed and delivered cross cultural training programs for a very diverse folio of client organisations including major corporate accounts, government departments and tertiary institutions.

He has extensive experience in negotiating, implementing and monitoring performance based contracts on behalf of various employers as part of the sales process, and he has a solid understanding of the importance of developing whole of client relationships as a key contributor to optimized customer/client outcomes.

Tim enjoys excellent communication skills including preparation and delivery of training materials, and presentations to industry conferences and customer gatherings.
