Emma Kettle

Emma's professional experience includes the position of Manager of Learning and Development for an internationally engaged company based in Melbourne for two years where she worked with regional teams (Australia New Zealand, Americas, UAE, Asia and Southern Europe North Africa) designing and facilitating workshops focusing on team development, changemanagement and team building.  She also designed and led leadership workshops in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore, and across Australia. In another role at CPA Australia, Emma led a team of product development executives to produce face-to-face, e-learning and blended training programmes, and products for 85,000 Australian members.

Emma has also held the position of Manager, Knowledge and Learning at Australian Volunteers International for four years, where she was responsible for design and delivery of training including: pre-departure and re-entry briefings for volunteers, and delivery of AusAID workshops in Australia, Timor, Fiji, PNG, Bali and Jakarta for Australians, and local staff/employers, and development of a distance learning program for volunteers based in Timor.

Emma has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Colchester Institute (UK), a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Durham (UK), Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, and Myers Briggs accreditation.
