Ramona Singh

Ramona's intercultural experience began at an early age, growing up with Dutch and Indian parents in Australia and as a result, she has been driven to explore cultural issues throughout her life. An accomplished cross-cultural trainer and consultant, Ramona also has extensive experience in the areas of human behaviour and motivation, team-building and conflict resolution.This adds a further dimension to the application of intercultural understanding for her clients.

In the past year, Ramona has provided consultancy advice and delivered Cross-Cultural Management Training in numerous organisations. She has piloted and delivered a new program 'Cross-Cultural Customer Service' in China and Australia for a multinational client and designed and delivered programs on 'Achieving Learning Outcomes for Diverse Groups' for one of Australia's leading Universities and multinational clients and 'Intercultural Essentials' programs for corporate clients across Australia. Clients consistently comment on Ramona's facilitation skills, professionalism and ability to draw out key intercultural issue and their implications in the workplace.

Ramona's qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education, a Cambridge Certificate in English language teaching to adults and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Ramona is also and accredited facilitator of the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDIĀ®). She speaks Dutch, conversational French, and has studied Greek, Italian, German, Russian and Japanese. Ramona worked at a senior level in the travel industry for many years and in the course of her work frequently travelled both locally and internationally. She was also based in Amsterdam with American Express.
