Ramona Singh

Ramona Singh is an intercultural trainer, organisational learning and development consultant, and psychotherapist. She speaks fluent Dutch, conversational French, and has studied Greek, Italian, German, Russian and Japanese.   Clients consistently comment on Ramona's facilitation skills, professionalism and ability to draw out key intercultural issues and their implications in the workplace.

Ramona was born in Bombay and grew up with Dutch and Indian parents in pre-multicultural Australia.  Ramona  has commuted between Australia and the Netherlands for many years, and was based in Amsterdam with American Express.   During her many years of working in the travel industry, she was a frequent international traveller.  Ramona designs and delivers intercultural training across the Asia-Pacific region for government and corporate clients including: Morgan Stanley, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship, Sydney University, Masterfoods, CSC, Deutsche Bank and Optus.   She has provided learning and development services to Qantas, Philips, Santos, RailCorp and several travel industry product and IT providers.

Ramona's qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education, a Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
