Mijnd Huijser
Mijnd Huijser conducts cultural awareness training and tailor-made in-company programs specializes in Japanese-European co-operation, international negotiation, and conflict transformation. He has played an active role in coaching change processes in Japanese companies, training managers from MAYOR European organizations in negotiating strategic alliances, and advising in conflicts within the European branches of large American companies.
Mijnd is fluent in Dutch and English, and has a reasonable command of German and French. He is a Dutch citizen (born in 1948 in Jakarta) and was educated at the University of Nijmegen in Cultural Anthropology and Epistemology (MA Philosophy 1981). After 15 years of living and working in trade related positions in South-East Asia, Middle-East and France, he settled down in The Netherlands in 1990 and started working as an intercultural management consultant in 1992.
His main clients are Nissan Europe, Mitsubishi Motors, Canon Europe, KLM, DSM, 3M Germany, DG Bank Germany, Rabobank International, Andersen Consulting.
