Frances Fu
Frances Fu is a consultant with Beasley Intercultural and a China specialist, with extensive personal and professional experience of crossing cultures and enabling performance.
Frances grew up in China, then moved to Australia to complete a Masters degree in Intercultural Communication at the University of Adelaide. Her career includes working in the field of Intercultural Communication and Management Consultancy in Shanghai and teaching intercultural communication skills at the Xi’an Foreign Languages University in China.
Frances speaks fluent Mandarin and English and intermediate Japanese, and has a strongly practical focus in all of her facilitation. She most enjoys enabling Western/Chinese teams to better navigate cultural differences and achieve results.
Currently residing in Melbourne, Australia, Frances is a frequent visitor to China, particularly the Shanghai region.
