Our TeamTamerlaine BeasleyManaging Director, Beasley Intercultural Tamerlaine Beasley is the founder and Managing Director of Beasley Intercultural and specialises in the areas of cultural intelligence, global collaboration and leveraging diversity. Tamerlaine leads a talented team of specialists, and consults at CEO, Executive Team and Senior Government levels. Tamerlaine speaks Thai and has studied Bahasa Indonesia and Lao. Specific examples of her work include: advising the CEO and executive team of three ASX 200 listed companies on leveraging business opportunities in Asia; the design and presentation of a framework for the management of international partnerships for APEC; the design and delivery of a suite of global leadership capability building programs for Senior Partners of a leading multinational company; facilitation of a regional conference in Indonesia, on 'Freedom of Expression' for the ABC; led the design of 'Values & Ethics' and 'Intercultural Effectiveness' programs for staff at the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC); facilitation of dialogue among regional stakeholders at an international UN conference in China; delivery of capability building programs to the UN (Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific); and working with the Heads of Delegation Asia Pacific, for the International Committee of the Red Cross. Tamerlaine has also delivered keynote presentations at international conferences for clients including: AustCham, Baker Tilly International, Honeywell, and Mars. Tamerlaine's passion for global collaboration and mobility first developed in her year as an exchange student, living with a Thai-Chinese family and attending a Thai high school in Banhkok, during the late 1980s. She then studied Asian studies at the Australian National University (ANU), International Business at Penn State University, and Thai at Silapakorn Universities, Thailand. Tamerlaine then continued with her studies to lecture in Business Communication and Graduate-level 'Cross Cultural Management' at the School of International Business at UNSW. Tamerlaine was a participant in the international stream of the 2020 summit. Tamerlaine has also held positions on the NSW Asia Business Council, the Australian Mekong Resource Centre Advisory Board, at the University of Sydney, and the Board of the Australian Thailand Business Council.
