What do intercultural trainers and consultants do?

Intercultural trainers and consultants increase the success of individuals and organisations working across and within different cultures.

What do you mean by 'intercultural'? Is this the same as 'cross-cultural'?

At its most basic level, 'culture' in the intercultural field means 'the way things are done around here', NOT the traditional notion of folk dancing, local food and history! 'Intercultural' and 'cross-cultural' terms have similar meanings.

Why is intercultural training so important now?

When you break things down to the nuts and bolts — negotiations, contracts, project design, timelines, and project management, the 'rules of the game' are rarely the same.
