Company Profile

Our Vision

A world where people communicate and collaborate more effectively for mutually beneficial outcomes.

Our Mission

  • To enable our clients to be more effective in their work
  • To reduce fear, frustration and lack of understanding across cultures
  • To facilitate global engagement, communication and collaboration

Our History

Beasley Intercultural was founded in 1997 by Tamerlaine Beasley to assist clients operating across cultures.  Initial contracts included: the provision of pre-departure and re-entry cross-cultural training for the Australian Youth Ambassadors Program; the delivery of training at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific; and relocation briefings for corporate executives.  As clients recognised the bottom line benefit of intercultural training and consultancy services, BI expanded to meet growing demand.  Due to increasing globalisation; the complexity of servicing diverse clients;  the growth of outsourcing;  and an increase in virtual and global teams, BI service offerings continue to evolve to meet the needs of our clients.  In 2008 BI formed strategic alliances with TMA World and the Beijing Consulting Group.
