This enables our team to develop a detailed understanding of the organisational context for service delivery, client preferred systems and procedures, and develop positive working relationships built on trust and long-term collaboration. We also recognise that in our client organisations, the business context can change rapidly. Through maintaining a collaborative approach with the client, continuing to provide support and resources, and being flexible, we are able to respond when necessary.
